Upon receiving your request and list of requirements MM Tech Electrical will shortlist the best candidates for your staffing needs. Once you review applicant profiles we will assign final candidates to work at your premises for the time you require. We can also take care of managing your workers once they are on the job.
We perform extensive checks and referencing of all staff on our books. Before being approved applicants undergo interviews which ensure they are a good match for our clients needs and corporate environment.
They must provide ECS/CSCS/Cord Skills details and proof of completing training adequate to post they have applied for.
If the chosen candidate proves to be the right fit for your company our team can transfer all the employment rights without any additional charges or conversion fees. We find that this way of working with our clients allows them to tryout and evaluate the assigned employee’s performance, before they are added to their headcount. The risk of getting it wrong is minimal and our friendly staff are always there to advise you and ensure everything runs smoothly.
We will send you profiles of shortlisted candidates, ready to for work. Most of our clients accept our candidates the same day, but you can take as long as you like.
Our time-keeping solutions are efficient and will ensure staff are paid the right amount for work they did. This is a Pay-as-you-go type of service; clients are billed by the hour or day rate on the time the chosen candidate works. The process is streamlined to save you a wealth of time and money during the recruiting / hiring processes and thereafter.
Approve & Instruct
Once you approve the candidates we will forward any initial information you may have for them and instruct them to start work on your chosen day and time.
